"Germany is not lagging behind digitization, but sees it as an opportunity to break new ground and think new ways." This is the clear message of DIGITAL X (https://digital-x.eu/), a cross-sector initiative by Deutsche Telekom. At the six events of DIGITAL X Regional from March to May 2020, the relevant topics will be presented exactly where they have a direct influence on people's work and lives. At the invitation of Telekom Deutschland, the Munich-based system house CreaLog is taking part in DIGITAL X 2020.
The final digitization summit at the end of November in Cologne will conclude Europe's largest event of its kind with top speakers, workshops and innovations. As a selected partner of Telekom Deutschland, CreaLog (www.crealog.com) will also be presenting several topics at this summit.
On the one hand, the automation of telephone customer communication via self-service and VoiceBot, and how automatic call recording and writing in the contact center environment improves customer service. On the other hand it is shown, how telecommunications enterprises develop new, intelligent business models on basis of CreaLog technology. The background: Deutsche Telekom AG relies on Mobile Communication Recording (MCR) 'Powered by CreaLog' in many European countries. MCR enables the financial sector to record MiFID II-compliant and secure telephone consultation calls directly in Telekom's network. Other industries and professions such as lawyers, tax consultants or doctors will be able to use Enterprise Call Recording (ECR) in the future. This solution is also network-based and can be used very easily and productively, for example to record and transcribe conversations with clients or patients after consultation.
Digital Germany trip with AI solutions from Munich
Germany lives from its decentralization. The strong regions are home to companies with high innovative strength and motivation. The DIGITAL X REGIONAL events are a mixture of trade fair, keynotes and workshops, show successful examples of digitisation and promote the establishment of regional business networks.
Besides at DIGITAL X 2020 CreaLog presents its portfolio annually at the CCW (www.ccw.eu) in Berlin or the MWC Barcelona (www.mwcbarcelona.com). The big finale: the Digitization Summit in Cologne
The highlight of DIGITAL X 2020, at which more than 10,000 decision-makers are expected, will be the grand finale on 19 and 20 November at Koelnmesse. As early as 2018, 7,000 visitors gathered there on four stages to listen to 80 exciting impulse lectures on various aspects of digitisation or to take part in workshops; more than 80 partner companies presented themselves on 16,000 square metres of exhibition space. The Digital Champions Award from Deutsche Telekom and WirtschaftsWoche also honors the most important projects of medium-sized companies from the regional events and can thus win the special "Best Regional Champion" prize as finalists.
